To be honest I never give 5 stars. There is always room for improvement. Today I went in stressed. Cut off about 10 inches off the back. Ricky was extremely pleasant. Made sure I was happy with the change. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made a huge transition much more easy then I expected. I would recommend this young lady yo anyone and everyone. I dont get haircuts often. But when I do this is who I will be seeing. Thanks Ricky.

Stylist was cordial and good, I had memory lapse, forgot her name. One thing I might suggest is to ask clients if there’s any little touch up I can do? (edges etc,). She may have done that, but is a simple and very good habit that only takes a moment. 😀🎱
